Agreed. I hate both of those. Jeep is supposed to be an off road/affordable luxury/traditional SUV not a cutezy, lovable chick mobile,
Escape-wannabe. These two are a disgrace. I love the Grand Cherokee, Liberty, Wrangler, and Commander, but these two just aren't right. They need Eagle back to take up this role. This vehicle can't be trail rated nor have any serious abilities unlike the other real Jeeps.
I like the GC SRT-8 but this reminds me of the Aztek. ICK!

the escape was designed to compete with the liberty. look at them they are like identical except one is garbage. the escape made the liberty a Chick car too. the liberty does fall into the off road/affordable luxury/traditional SUV. the affordable luxury is what was my main attraction. i haven't seen a patriot so i cant judge yet but i think that will be alot more acceptable as a jeep.

As for the Patriot....it just looks like a redesigned Liberty....and I think it looks better.....
