Default RE: Dealership Experiences Map

Taken my truck to only two Dodge locations; one in Fayetteville, NC and the other in Woodbridge, VA. At both locations the service waspretty good. Little better at the one in Woodbridge as the one in Fayetteville appeared to have some internal communications issues that slowed down their responsiveness. Customer service also better at the one in Woodbridge in terms of efficiancy; but as a caveat, the one in Fayetteville did put some effort in to make up for their initial poor service afterwards.

Highest possible recommendation for Dave Burt Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Columbis, Indiana - for both sales and service.

Haven't gotten around to posting the dots on the map, but, here are some recommendations:

Heller Stores (IL): If the Dodge dealer in Pontiac is anything like the Chevy dealer in Chenoa, it is a 5-star place. I deal almost exclusively with the Chenoa dealer for work on my wife's car (04 Impala).

Wilson Chrysler Jeep (Clinton, IL): Where I bought my Dakota. It isn't the Dodge dealer in town, but the people are friendly and pretty knowledgeable. They'll work with you on making sure you get a good deal.

Douglas Dodge GMC Pontiac (Clinton, IL): I bought my wife's old car here, and they are just superb. They won't try to dick you around, and are fairly comparable to other dealers in price for service. Most of the front of their lot is nothing but trucks (Dakotas, Rams, Sierras, Canyons). They know what their market is in the Clinton area.

Enjoy!

Avoid this place at all costs.

Dennis Dillon Boise Idaho

Bought a 05 2500 there in early 07 only for them to pull a "Bait and Switch" on the financing a week later.

Long Story Short Returned the truck and walked away Royally Ticked.
(Should have gotten a Lawyer but I had just got off a hellish 15 hour shift and wasn't thinking right)

Damn same to because it was a hell of a nice truck.
(Pic Below)

Would Love to find another one like it.

stay away from teterboro chrysler jeep. not a dodge dealership but sales department is full of pompous jerkoffs. all the guys in parts need to find a better job. service department.. wow, what a bunch of c**ksuckers. paul tobar was our service manager, many words exchanged with him.

rhinehart dodge of the poconos. parts department is decent, theyre very helpful. service was ridiculous until the head service manger was fired for treating customers poorly. new management in service and its decent. never experienced sales though.

I had the same problem with one chevy dealerships,, they kept asking what kind of monthly payments I wanted to make. Well heck, you can get a $250 monthly payment on $100,000 if you finance it for long enough, lol. A $30,000 truck would have cost me $50,000 when it was all over, good thing I didn't do the deal. my credit was down..
