Interesting, your version gets the 62TE with the 2.7L because the 3.5L isn't available in the Australian package. I wonder if that improves the mileage and if so what the EPA would rate it at if it were offered in the U.S. I really think they should completely abandon the 40TES and 41TES in the Sebring since Chrysler is supposed to be a more upscale line.

Yeah i saw that but i wasn't sure if it was a mistake, or that because we dont get the 3.5 there using the 62TE on the 2.7. As far as i know you guys only get the 4SP auto in the 2.7 is that wright? It's a shame for us we wont get the 3.5 here which would be more competetive in our maket. I cant complain to much it's our first Sebring were getting here and we will also have the diesel option.

In the U.S., we only get the 41TES 4-speed with the 2.7L. It's a shame that they don't offer the 3.5L in Australia, I know if it didn't have the 3.5L, I would be less likely to get one myself; however, if I lived in Australia, I'd probably be happy with the CRD anyways. Too bad Chrysler in Australia doesn't have a special engine planned for you guys like they did in the 70s (the 215/245/265 HEMI engines but you already know abou that).
