I called the 800 number because my dad got one, and he used it on his new t&c. I was told I did not "qualify" for one. Grrrr.... I was hoping to get a new truck.

I havent gotten one either, although I havent tried the 800 #, plus I have moved since I bought my truck and the forwarding thingy thru the PO ran out like a year ago so who knows... not ready to buy right now anyway.
