I am in the same boat. Manual says its behind the glove box, and remove the "clips" holding the filter box in place. Mine has 2 screws and still can't access the panel. Is it possible we don't have one in there? The salesman said I did. 2009 Grand Caravan 25th Anniversary Edition.
Not sure what year yours is. Mine is a 2009 and I found out it doesn't have a replaceable filter.
In order to check yours, drop the bottom glove box, push in the tabs on the sides to drop it all the way down. Mine showed a black honeycomb housing, and doesn't have a filter to replace. If yours does, there should be 2 tabs one on each side of the housing. Depress these and slide out the filter.
Replace the new one with the arrow pointing to the floor and slide it in.
Reverse everything to button it up.
hope this helps

I have a 2009 Caravan SXT with tri zone heating and A/C
I went to replace the cabin filter and like one member said all I found was some honeycomb screening/meshing and no filter. All cars I had eventually had a musty smell so I was looking forward to having one....so odd that have them and others don't.
