p1195 engine code

this code came back at times,i have dual exhust with converts .i can the clear it and will come.p1195 engine code. i am 69yrs old but i love know what do. thanks,jr

Im not sure but i do beleive it might have something to do with ur vacuum lines or something is that needs air is dirty. im sure someone here knows the code.
