I was given a 70 challenger yesterday!!
Went to a junkyard yesterday to find parts for my 72 Challenger and spotted under a tarp the front end of a challenger. Upon further investigation I found it was a 70 383 4-speed car matching numbers. It is in bad shape, but when I asked the old man who owned the junkyard how much he said if I'd move it I could have it since I was buying some 72 parts and some 340 X Heads he had. He said the EPA was on his back and he needed to move his really old cars. After I picked myself up off the ground I'm picking it up this afternoon and taking it home so I can hear the wife complain about another car.

I'm not fussy- I'll take almost anything wearing a pentastar that will help his EPA situation! Where are all these opportunities when I need them??? Buy a lottery ticket tonite, cec.... could be the start of something for ya!

I have some junkyard finds of my own also. this guy has two challengers a few darts and a 57 fury.not to mention others i havent seen yet.he is into old impalas and hates the mopars so he just shoved them back in the wods to rot.I am trying to get the challengers from him.one is a original 340 car.
