Default Roadrunner hood

I am looking for a 71-72 air grabber or standard roadrunner hood in good shape. My original hood is not in the best of shape and would probably cost as much to repair as it would to get another hood. I would also consider a satellite hood so I can make an air grabber out of it. Thanks for any info.

You might try craigslist.com in and around your area.

I've always wanted to merge the two hoods, have the standard two scoop/engine callout RR hood and cut the center between them out and mount the air grabber scoop in the center, but I don't think it would fit and function due to lack of clearance between the engine and hood. To me that would be the ultimate hood.

Good luck finding another Grabber hood at a reasonable price.

I used to have a pristine uncut airgrabber hood from my sattelite parts car several years ago. My divorce ended that dream as I had to sell the parts car. I know finding an airgrabber complete or uncut these days is more luck than anything else and when you do find one ....be prepared to bring a ton of $$ moo-lah $$ to the table.
