Default 68 Charger Restoration Need Help!!!

I am restoring a 68 Dodge Charger 383. The car is basically still stock but has been painted once and has had some body work done. In the doors and the quarter lock pillars on my Charger there are undercoating holes that are 1/2" diameter and have no plugs. Were these holes stock from the factory? I am trying to restore the car back to factory and would like these to be accurate. Thank you.

Those holes were put there by the guy that applied the ziebart sealant probably when the car was new. My Duster has them also, and my brother used to do that when he preped cars at the dealer.
