Default 1968 Dodge Charger SE (?)

I have been asked to help sell a 1968 Dodge Charger SE. Looking on the internet, it says that the SE (Special Edition) didn't come out until 1969. Column shifter.

This car is a mint condition body, with no engine and no transmission. Black over white. 23,000 on the odometer. Hasn't been driven since 1974. Housed in a garage since then.

What's it worth??? (I have photos)

It's only worth $650.00, and I will buy it.

The SE didn't exist until 69. Value would depend on options and what the drivetrain should be... for example, an original R/T would be worth much more than a 318 stripper. Could be anywhere from 3 to 10K, depending on what it is.
