I have a 1969 charger 383 HP Vin H. what i am looking for are front disc rotors 11 inches with the hubs they should be in one peace this is what came on the car. Searching the internet i can find cross over to front disc break system but this is not needed since the car came with disc breaks in the front.

 

The rotors and hubs are separate pieces pressed together. The rotors should be available at most parts suppliers. Good luck finding replacement hubs, short of a donor car or J/Y, they are not available new.
