found these on the motor hoping someone can run them and tell me what it means or send a link to a code reader.
On the top of the block behind the water pum it reads 4T440E

And it has KD on the heads i dunno if that is important to the type of heads.
i allready know its a truck motor i dont know what year or the specs i need to know these so i get the correct cams and all that for my first motor build. any help would be welcome. my parents know nothing about cars im on my own here.
