Default 2 Charger 383 of '68 - to restore

Hi, I am Alessandro and I come from Vicenza, Italy.
A frind of mine and I recently bought 2 dodge charger 383 of 1968 year. The autos need a lot of work , they are completly to restore.
For the moment we are looking for information about engine and transmission.
Could someone help us in finding this information, and could someone suggest us a place or an e-place where you can buy two new or restored engine?
On the other and do someone knows some MANUAL or BOOK to learn how to restore a dodge charger?
thank you ...

Hughes Engines or Indy Cylinder Heads may sell reconditioned motors or check out Mopar Collectors Guide magazine,

ya there are alot of places around me that do this type of work....also there are alot more who you can send your motor to and they will build it for you based on what you want out of it preformance wise. you just pick the parts you want and pay for it. PM me, i have a 68 service manual.
