Default interested in a '68 super bee

Hi yall, i don't own a dodge yet but i am looking at a super bee and i was wondering if you guys think it's a good price or not since i know mopars are a little more than other muscle cars i was unsure.

i found one in Oregon not TOO far away from where i am in california, it's almost $27k and i am pretty sure it comes with the original rebuilt engine 383 with auto trans, and in the car is a 69 charge engine ( unsure which i haven't called yet i wanted to get an idea of a good price before ) with two spare auto trans, bronze color, and of course he says it's rust free and wreck free.

i could wrestle some pics in here if that helps but is that at least in the right ballpark ?

thanks a lot i appreciate any info.

Is it a Charger or a Coronet? I would look at a R/T as it has the 440 cid compared to the 383 cid, but $27,000.00 seems a bit high. Click on my name and you can see my R/T and I paid less than your figure for comparison. If you are happy with it, then the price is right. Post a picture as the 'bees' are great cars,

'68 would be a Coronet, I think 27 seems a little high in the current market, if the car is as good as you say, maybe offer 22-23. Pics would really help here.

I thought the Charger in the early seventies was the super bee and the late sixties was the Coronet. The Super Bees were basic (stripper) models,

I would not take the seller's word on the odometer. Both of my cars on;y have five spaces, so you car may hac 190,000 miles. The only way to tell is buy looking at the timing chain and the internal parts of the engine. Glad to see that you found the car that you like. How about a picture or two?
