Default 1972 Dodge Charger Question

HI Guys,

Wanted to ask how to release the hood on a 1972 dodge charger.

There seems to be no release lever accessible from the front of the car or around the grill etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can see the big safety hook under the hood if i look from under the car. however theres a release prior to that that i am having a very hard time finding.

Thanks

If it doesn't have the remote cable release in the interior it should have a lever near the center of the bumper I believe.
Some manuals available for download here.............

Both of my 1969's and the 1971 Demon have the lever in the grill. It would be on the passenger side close to the middle of the grille. It may be different for the 1972 models.
