Default 69 monaco disk brakes

Hello,

here is my first question in the forum.

my 68 charger is drums all arround, and when it brakes, it does OK from 30 and above, but when i try to go from about 15 to 0 it doesn't lock the wheels, i already changed booster, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, Brake shoes and springs, the only thing left is the hoses. and i got a stailness kit from inline tube (i'll put it in in a week or so.)
Anyways i got my hands on whe whole brake kit(old parts as i took off the old car) from a 69 dodge monaco, master cylinder, spindles, calipers, disks, proportioning valve, so i was wondering if the disk upgrade will require me to replace everyhing again, or are there parts i can keep such as the master cylinder(nothing looks the same). what do you guys think. has anybody tried it?

thnaks for the help
