Default Superbee/Rumble Bee ad info

Pop learned something new this weekend at the MOpar Alley Rally. He had been contacted by the president of the club a few months back asking if his superbee was yellow. The answer was no, and it wasn't assembled back together yet. Later he learned that another fellow in the club from the Bay Area with a Yellow Bee was contacted and asked to be the backdrop Superbee in the new Rumble Bee ad. Well, that yellow bee was at the show Sunday with a lot of periphenalia from the commercial shoot.

Guess what? The Hemi decals on it were show only. His was a 383 Super Bee. . . . So don't believe everything Dodge tells you.

I wish my dad's was ready--his is a 1968 383 original too, but he has the '66 426 Hemi going in it as part of the project. Perhaps they could have shot the commercial with a blue Rumble Bee?

That's cool, too bad his wasn't completed though. Can't wait to see pics of it when it's done and Hemi powered.[sm=smiley4.gif]
