Default Question regarding 66-67 Charger headlamps

I have been pondering over a certain 1966 Dodge Charger for sale, and I heard that the 1966 model does not have hideaway headlamps.

Now, I did research and have see some the do and some that do not have hideaway headlamps.

Is this true for both the 1966 and 1967 Charger?

Thank you in advance.

P.S. This is my first time here, is it possible to use a small picture for an avatar/signature?

ALL 66 & 67 Chargers had hideaway headlamps. They worked on a mechanism that rotates the whole headlamp housing 180 degrees: the ones you have seen without probably didn't have them operating, so they were just left in the open position. They were known for being troublesome, especially with age.
