Im thinking of rebuilding the trans. The shift b/w 2nd and 3rd is rough. Anybody got any suggestions for a rebuild kit.I heard the kit with the red eagle clutches, kolene plates, and kevlar bands is the best way to go. its about $130. what about a BM shift improver kit?

 

How is the 2-3 shift rough, what does it do? Shift kits are great and I like mine, but sometimes they can be a bit harsh hitting into each gear pretty hard.
