Gone, but never forgotten
A friend from another forum told me about you guys. Great place ya have here!
I used to have a '70 RR with the 440 6-pac and grabber hood. It fell to a plethera of deer crossin' the road many years ago.[&o]
That was the best performing car I've ever owned. Now building a '80 Vette, but please don't flame me, I will always have a special place in my heart for MOPAR!!!
I never got taken down by Chevys or Fords! (it took 5 mule deer to do it)
My parents had a '68 440 Coronet, '68 Charger, and a '73 Charger.
A bud of mine and I ruled the roads in our town with my RR and his '69 Super Bee. It was a flip of the coin as to who would win when we raced. He's the only one that ever beat me, but I beat himtoo. Never more than a front fender, we had a good match.

RE: Gone, but never forgotten
Bigsexy has the right idea. I just bought a 93 dakota sport as my daily driver and I plan on getting ahold of a 68-70 Coronet/Satellite (I'm broke, so I have to go with the lesser models, ya'll know how it is)to drop in a big bad 440 backed up with a 4 speed when I get around to savingsome money.
