Charger SRT-8 That thing got a Hemi? Indeed, a 6.1L Hemi that is. The Dodge Charger SRT-8 pounds the pavement with severe power.

What a good idea...remove all the badges and make it look like a low line model rather than the premium vehicle it is...is it protocol to also wear your baseball cap backwards so as to look really totally cool..???

As I said before, I removed the badges and body molding because I think it looks better... cleaner lines. I have also had the chrome trim on the front painted black because I think it looks better. People have been doing it with hot rods for years. I would shave the door handles as well if I could afford it. I personally just think it looks better. I would do it if I was driving the base line magnum.
It is just an added bonus that some people don't realize what they are messing with. Anyone who knows anything about cars can still tell it is an SRT... different body panels, wheels, brakes, etc...
I bought a premium vehicle for the performance, not for the 10 cent piece of plastic glued on the back that says SRT.

Oh, and the dude with the baseball cap on backwards to look totally cool is the same guy who puts huge SRT stickers in the windows along with advertisements for all the performance parts he has added( and probably some for parts he doesn't have). He shows off that he has the top of the line vehicle, he doesn't take the badges off.
And these days he wears a visor sideways, not a backwards baseball cap.
