Where is the key for the wheel lock. I took my car to have tires changed yesterday and they couldn't do it. We searched everywhere. I bought the car when it was a few months old and it is possible the original owner took it out of the car. So, does anyone know where I can get one, quick?

I purchased My 07SRT New. Dodge did not offer that as an option. My choice was to purchase a set from the Dealer or Purchase them at a Parts store. Ielected to purchase mine from a local performance store. They had better quality ones then any of the auto parts stores did and they also had the master keys if something were to happen to mine.

My advice is to try the Dealer 1st they would know if they were theirs and would have a master key.If that doesn't work I would try a local performance store and maybe they might have different masters for some of the Major Brands like Gorilla etc..

I keep mine in the glove box.

 

I also was told that some shops have those sockets that you can purchase like at Sears that can take off stripped nuts. They would be able to get the old one's off but then you would just have to start over with new lug nuts.
