Well after sever months of waiting and trying to find out where my SRT-8 Magnum is, I finally had the last straw today and told them they can shove there SRT-8 up there *ss. This all started today because I ran into a guy with a SRT-8 at the gas station this morning, and after talking to him form about 10 min, i asked him when he ordered his car. He told me he odered it on June 29th. Well That pis*ed me off so I called customer service 1-800-992-1997, and I tried to ask them where my car is at. Well after the "standard" it is in a bx status crap, the dude still did know how to answer my question. It was clear at this point he was unable to answer anything, so I asked for his supervisor, he told me I could not talk to his supervisor. so I asked him to give me the name and number of someone in the Dodge company who could answer a simple question. He of corse refused this also, and yelling at my now, told me any questions I had to ask where going to be done here. So I asked him one more time when am i getting my car? he put me on hold, comes back and tells me my car is almost completly built they are just waiting on a few parts to come in. I told he was full of sh*it because I am in the trucking business and I haul from the GM assembly plant in Fort Wayne and I know for fact they are not putting a car on the line with out all the parts there. He yelled at me and told me that I was calling him a liar and HUNG THE PHONE UP on me. Now I am really Pi**ed so I call 1-800-423-6343 to find out who to talk to when you have a problem with customer service. They get me to another person who is trying very hard to solve my first problem has well, after 30 min of hold time he comes on the phone and tells me I am not going to get my car because my dealer as not be allocated any of them yet because he has not sold enough SRT-8's in the last year to receive one. How can Dodge have allocation restriction on a F*cking car that has not be produced a year? and the other thing it is a specialty vechicle that has to be ordered. Now if Dodge has a Beef with the dealer I bought from, and has allocations against the dealer, thats not my problem. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER don't F*** me out of my car because they are having some kind political Pi**ing match. There is more to the storey about what the dealer said, but I just don't care anymore So I cancelled the order for the SRT-8 and my 2500 Dodge truck, and the 3 Western Star dump trucks (all companies owned by Chrysler). Dodge, Chrysler and every company they own won't get a dime from me. I will not be a political Pawn.
