I got a call from a local dealer stating that the Top Banana Daytona arrived. Was busy at work so I got there around 3:00 p.m. and they said the car was sold. No problem since I'm waiting to purchase the SRT 8 Charger. They had one there, silver for 40,000 or thereabouts. I tilted my head because there was a sign next to the sticker that read 25,000 over MSRP. I totally laughed at them and said yeah, right. I can see the masses coming to buy this car. Some dealers are running amuck with these crazy prices. I made them an offer of not one cent over MSRP, but they would have to get it in black. They said no time this year. I walked.

As I was leaving I did say that when I do purchase mine in the near future at MSRP (OR LESS), that I would drive by and say hello. Can you all imagine paying that disgusting amount for this ride? I'll keep you all informed and hope to bring you better news soon.
