Default Rear Speaker Thunking Noise

Has anyone else had an issue with the passenger side speaker on the rear shelf making a popping/thunking noise?

When playing certain songs in my car (usually anything with a steady beat to it and moderate bass) I hear the noise. It doesn't matter if I have the volume cranked, or down really low, the noise is always just as loud. The noise is definately coming from the rear shelf. Could this be a loose speaker wire?

At first I thought I might have the bass up too high, but I have played other songs with significantly more bass to them than the "problem songs", and have heard no noise. I am by no means an audiophile, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I have the Kicker sound system installed in the car.

Well, took it into the dealership, and they found out it was a blown. End of story.

Actually, it isn't blown. The people at the dealership are morons. I took the car over to my friends at Visions, and we discovered that the noise is caused by the amplifier being set incorrectly.

Whoa! Finally there is somebody with the same problem!

I have yet to actually take mine into an audio shop and have it fully diagnosed. Let me know if you find out anything more about it!
