Thanks for all the info concerning the "Dust" problems.... along with the hesitation felt on a quick acceleration from stop..and that !@#$% totally sloppy shift from 1st to 2nd......

I thought I would back up your statement wuth this!!!!!.... Today a friend of mine who works for Dodge and knowing there was a scheduled appointment at my local Dealer with a "Mid-East Regional Service Supervisor " with the Service Department, he arranged a short meeting
for me with him.

This gentlemen affirmed all the things you had mentioned to me concerning my problems... He further stated that by the 15th or the 20th of next month... all Service Managers should have there "TSB'S" in hand..

With a few other goodies for which he said he could not diviluge at this present time....... Again ..Thanks Gang for all your all...John from NC New SRT-8 Owner

 

Good to hear! Thanks for the update. I was starting to wondering if the SRT team was actually going to finish addressing these problems!

I'm hoping that the fix for the brake dust is also a fix for the horrible squeaking they make as well. As well, I also hope that the bad 1st to 2nd shift problem fix will also correct the irritating 2nd to 1st shift lag problem.

I wonder if the 'other goodies' might be the long awaited Mopar Performance Parts that we've all been waiting for.
