A close friend of mine has the SRT-8 300 and the other day he was claiming that he must have got a hybrid cause he started hitting faster speeds and quicker acceleration more so than the other srt-8s I laughed and said they are for the most part equal and weight is the only down fall. Well come to find out after a ride in his car he had strapped in 150 shot of NOS. It was impressive to say the least. The rpms and shifts went so fast it felt like a diff car. I dont recommend but it was deff a booster if your looking for something to enhance. Im stuck on my borla and furture purchase of a paxton sc. Its fast enough for me dealing with la traffic you cant have a free lane for very long.

 

Well tell your friend that putting a 150shot of nitrous on a stock engine is extremely stupid. The stock componets of the 6.1L for the 5.7L Hemi engines will not last very long spraying a 150shot of nitrous. Sure you now have a low 12second sedan but if you want those times do it smartly. Add exhaust, cold-air intake, headers, nice cam, head's and you'll be in the low 12's
