PEALING PAINT
What color is it ?
Chrysler as well as most all the manufacturers have had problems in the past and it was usually one color that had the problem. Take it to the dealer ASAP and have them verify it is a paint problem before it gets any older. If it is a paint peeling problem most manufacturers don't like to jump out and volunteer to fix it, they will try to blame it on something else and over 50% of the time they are correct.
Everyone has seen the aqua blue Sundances from the early 90's that had paint falling off the car driving down the road. It was really just that specific color. GM had problems with white a few years ago also.

Silver is a color that every manufacturer has had problems with since the dawn of the automobile. Usually its problems with clear coats peeling off and paint fading. Stay after the dealer with this problem and if you don't like their answer be sure to tell them you want to see their regional Chrysler rep. who make regular visits to the dealership. Yes, I believe their is a tech bulletin out about the brake rotors. You can probably find that on the Dodge Forum under Recalls and TSB's at the top of the page.
