Default Heads, rebuild or replace?

Rebuilding the 273 (2 barrel) in my 67 Dart GT Conv. Took the original heads to the shop and the good news is they are not cracked, the bad news is they need completely rebuilt, new valves, guides... Just anting opinions on wether I should have these heads rebuilt or just replace them. I am planning on a stock rebuild with good parts.
Thanks

As long as they're not cracked, have the original heads done, you will need to have the hardened seats installed also for the unleaded gas. so just have the shop do them right from the start.
