Default stock rear coil overs?

Hello everyone, merry christmas!
Were getting to the back of the Duster, and almost to suspension, and i had a few questions about what everyone was using for rear shocks.
The shocks that were taken off of the Duster appear to be coil overs, but i dont know where to get new ones, or if this was stock. Ive looked around, and have seen a couple other A-bodies with this same setup, and was wondering where i could get a new set, or if i need the springs at all; and i could just go with regular shocks. Ive looked on summit for something similar, but i dont know the spring rate, and i cant find anything long enough to fit; from center of the mounting hole to the other its 22" long, heres a few pics of the "coil overs" for you to understand what im talking about. Any info would be helpful, or advice on what your running for a rear suspension, thanks!

They are not a factory part, probably installed to compensate for sagging leaf springs. I would recommend replacing the springs and just install standard shocks.

Thanks! i didnt think it looked stock, and i thought it was odd that there were no real coil overs that were the proper length. now that you say it, i think its just a thrown together fix for sagging leaves. If you look closely i think its a stock shock, with two exhaust clamps clamping a coil over spring in between. im going to do a little more research to be certain, but it looks like thats it!
