Has anybody done an engine flush and converted a high mileage engine to synth? I've heard a lot of good and bad on this one also. My '72 318 Dart has 148,000miles but seems to be well maintained. The previous owner did not have any records/receipts, and I've only had it 2 weeks so I don't really know. Thanks.

 

I put a synthetic blend in my 318 swinger. i have had mine for about three weeks now and there is no telling what the other owner did to it. it should be just fine tho. If you can try and rebuld it so you can start off fresh and no worries.
