i have a 76 dart sport, with a slant 6. would it be possible to put in a 426 hemi? if it is possible i know it would take a considerable amount of work, but i want to know if it would be possible to fit it in.

Sure its possible I have seen a 426 Put in a 70 Duster you just have to be willing to do the work. Not sure what all you will have to do but i am sure there will be some cutting and moving things around to do to make everything fit properly.

Have seen it done as well.
Think in terms of COMPLETE re-do of driveline and addition of of sub frame connectors. After that, it becomes more an issue of how good you are w/ a torch too.
