What rear end would fit my 74"?

What rear end would fit my 74"?

So that I could run disc brakes instead of getting a conversion kit. I'm thinking something off of a jeep?

I upgraded my front drums to disc with Wilwoods. Maybe they will have the conversion kit instead of swapping out the rear axle,
