I have a 73 Dart with a high performance 440 in it.
Currently it is running an A727.
I would like to swap it to a 46RE.
I can take care of the electrics!
I am looking for an adapter plate or some other suggestion on adapting the small block 46RE to the old big block 440.
Desire is all stock parts! and not cost more than the vehicle is worth!
Would the 46RE stay together behind a high torque high revving 440?
Any torqueflite experts out there.
