LBC = 4-1/2" for this era.
SBC = 4". .
Not standard for year I believe, but the possibility exists for Left Hand Threaded Studs on drivers side. Check for a letter "L" stamped in end of stud.
Search for charts or image on the net explaining how to measure wheel stud or bolt circles.

Yeah, I dont have the car at this house right now. I found 14x8 and 15x8 but I cant find any tires wider than 225 for 14 rims. Any tip? There is a rally style wheel on Summit but 14x8 but I cant find fat tires for it.

The other option is this one:

Also having trouble finding a tire. Im looking for something 275 or 285 in the rear.

Many folks have swapped out the SBC for LBC just for wheel options on these A bodies. You really need to know exactly what you have.
You might search http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/...play.php?f=102 for wheels and tires.
If you go with 15" on the rear, these along with others were just on sale recently. Still a decent deal...................

My '69 has had the 8-3/4" rear axles drilled for the 4-1/2" screw in studs and the stock 10" drums drilled to match. The old 7/16" axle stud holes were filled. Most don't recommend this approach today though.
I replaced my standard SBC '69 front drum setup with '74 Dart LBC manual disc brakes and master cylinder. Swapped out everything, upper control arm to the lower control as an assembly.
An excellent option and resource ...............

In 15x8 and 275/60-15 or
in 15x9 and 295/60-15 although I could only find semi slicks in that size
