I just bought the car. It sat in a heated garage for 15 years.
The passenger seat belt is stuck and won't pull out. I vaguely remember the dealership lubing the mechanism back in the day.
Any suggestions?

 

You'd be better off starting a new thread rather than here in a 5 year old one. If I remember correctly, these used a pendulum in the base to lock it when you stop quick. There should be a small screw holding the plastic cover on the base of the belt. There is one big bolt holding it in the car. Try removing it from the car. There may be something in the pendulum. Clean it and you can lube it with a light oil like 3in1 motor oil.
