Hello everyone, im new to this web forum and this is my first post! but anyway, i am selling my beloved 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger.
This car is my pride and joy, it is my first car and i have put a considerable amount of money and work into it. i drove it to my first prom last year with a freshly built 360 that i built along with my Dad, we recently put a new tranny in it with a stage 2 shift kit along with a new 8 3/4 rearend. The motor is very strong! it has a comp cams 420 lift cam, aerohead heads with high flow valves, heat treated and machined steal retainers and valve locks, bronze wall valve guides, 3 angle valve job, and heavy duty valve springs. It has a fresh block and crank and new keith black pistons with a comp. ratio of about 10/1. It also has a polished aluminum edelbrock intake manifold, heddman headers... the list goes on. the car has VERY little rust and no bondo. the only rust is under the vinyl top and the paints starting to bubble on the driver side rocker panel, thats all. its VERY solid. The ONLY reason im selling the car is because im going to college soon and i need to buy a more fuel efficent vehicle with gas prices how they are. its very sad to see it go. Last year I saw a car just like mine in about the same condition at the Mopar nationals for sale for $10000 and it sold in less than a day so, im going to start at $10000o.b.o.
