When iclosed the dooron my 68 dart it jammed, and now i cannot open it...I´ve taken off the interior from the doorside, but i dont know how to attack the lock from within..Shall i pull, pushsomething in there ? Im going crazy because of this failure. I should have stayed with my Volvo 740 diesel instead of this 500hp beast . It almost open...Andthe handle feels like the other door.

 

Did it lock or just jam? Reach in (toward the back of the door)and find the rod that goes to the lock mechanism and push/pull to see if it will open for you. I believe back then you had to use the key to "lock" the doors. Hope this helps

 

Well it appears to be locked ..Maybe i should try with a key in the door. But the door is unlocked from the inside.
