What can I do about Clear Coat fading?

What can I do about Clear Coat fading?
Has anyone had any success restoring the paint finish? My01 Ramclear coat finish is deteriorating and looks faded. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

At the tops of all doors, it is faded. On the side panels, it has awater streakedlook to it. I tried zymol without a buffer and the faded and streaked look is still there.

My 97 black Dakota's clear coat failed big time. It was encouraged along by an over zealous / under achieving detailer with a rotary trying to clean it up. I ended up getting it repainted. It was not cheap.

Welcome to new technology ... they pulled some elements out of the paint thanks to the EPA and cant achieve the same thing so two part paint is here to stay ....
