What product can clean White Vinyl without leaving a spotty bleach looking job to it?

The grain in my seats have had a "dirty" look to then since I've owned the car and I'm starting to redo the interior.

Thank You for the suggestion. I'll try it out on the underside of the seat and see how it works!
