Default How to clean badly oxidized alloy rims

The alloy rims on my Ram are really badly oxidized. What would be the best product to use to clean them without scratching them ?

Get either "Blue Magic" liquid, or Adam's Metal Polish #2. I've had good success with both of them. The B/Magic has a bit of an abrasive in it but the Adam's stuff is a total chemical liquid with no abrasives.
