While you think that makes a lot of difference, it doesn't. To answer your question, yes, in the summer with windows up it gets hot. But so does my wife's Mini Cooper and she doesn't have tint.

I crack my windows a inch or two which is hard to tell with my rain deflectors installed on each window. I have dark tint (85%?) on my front and it is still hot in my Durango so tint does nothing to block the UV rays. I would keep my windows all the way down since my brothers and I own the company, but I have a HK P2000 as a co-pilot in it.

I was going to ask you what a HK P2000 was but I used google instead.
