Well I finally found something that worked great to remove the haze off the door glass:
I used glass top stove cleaner and polish with an orbital pad that I put on a drill. I used window cleaner like Windex and paper towels to remove the polish.
One word of advice is to cover everything you don't want the polish to get on like the roof, door, windshield, mirrors and truck bed because that stuff really flings everywhere. I also wouldn't do it in direct sunlight because how fast it dries. Both windows took me a half hour and that included cleaning the polish off everything else that it splattered on.

You could try a clay bar.

The #0000 fine steel wool can be used and won't leave any scratches on the window.

I've had good luck with 3000 grit wet sandpaper.

I concur, buy a claybar kit and follow the directions. That should fix your issue, and it should only cost you around $20.00 for a good kit from Meguiar's or Mothers and you'll have leftovers for when you detail your whole car down the road!
