Default Best wax for red?

So I remember reading something somewhere about a certain type of wax that is used, can anyone inform me on this wax? I can't remember if it was on here or on another forum. :-\

Thanks.

Hi Frenchy
I think you will find alot of different views on this but I like the NXT line of waxes it's easy on and easy off and can get it any store that sells auto stuff.

you really cant go wrong with Megs wax....

NXT or Gold Class liquid waxes.... I use NXT on darker vechiles, and gold class on lighter ones.

I use s100 wax on mine. I dawn wash it at least once a year and use a swirl remover then to a show car glaze and then the s100 topper. With a red car or truck your really after a wet look not a reflective shine it really just the property of the color. S100 is an all natural wax contain caranuba and bees wax. It smells like a crayon. It is one of the best waxes i have ever used. It can be found at most harley dealers. The best part is you don't let it dry you put a thin coat on a panel and buff it right out.

For red, I've always liked the look of a glaze topped by a nice carnauba. S100/P21S, Poorboy's Natty's Blue Paste Wax, Pinnacle Souveran (durability issue though), Clearkote Carnauba Moose Wax, even some old Meguiar's #16 would make it look nice and wet and deep.
