Default WTF is with this annoying yellow bar?

This just started tonight. I'm getting a rather annoying yellow bar across the bottom of the screen that has Facebook, Twitter, email, etc., icons on it. Why is it there and how do I turn it off?

This is being discussed in the mod area right now. Stay tuned for answers. We just found out about it too.

I'm not a fan of toolbars to begin with, and I do not like the Pennzoil bar either.
Just my $0.02.

If the ad bars stays, I'm out of here myself. It's VERY ANNOYING. A pain to scroll down to submit this post too!

There are over a dozen other Dodge Truck and Van forums. That bar can EASILY convince a good deal of the membership here to jump to another forum/board.

So what browser are you using that prevents the toolbar?

I'm currewntly using Google Chrome with adblock plus. I was using Mozilla Firefox, also with adblock plus. My browser change has nothing to do with any ads, just a test.
