Default shift solenoid
My 05 ram 2500 is stuck in second gear. threw code PO973 shift solenoid, Where is it located and how hard is it to replace?

located inside the trans pan, not to hard to replace, but you have to pull the pan, if ya do it, would also be a good time for fluid change/flush, and filter change
