OK so I have a 2003 dodge 2500 diesel. I have the banks hi ram, banks K&N intake and banks exhaust. I gave banks back there computer crap because it was crap. (always had errors saying tranny slip with no slip)

The Edge works fine until I tow. When I put a load on it it sputters... makes like a rev..blahhh.. rev.. blahh.. rev.. blahh. It consistently does this at low rpms at 50-60 mph. anyone else have these issues.

It could possibly be that I need to mod the tranny (it is still stock).

the truck has 57k on it and the warranty is done.

I am replacing the steering gear box this week also. any good pointers on that. I have the pitman puller already.

 

the banks issue definately was not the tranny. it reset with no load on engine. it was just a peice of crap!
