I have a 1997 Dodge diesel 5.9L cummins 12 valve Flatdeck. It is a extended cab with 2 doors. I would like to upgrade to extended cab or quad with 4doors. Could somebody please tell me if I can buy a 1/2 or 3/4 ton with 4 doors and put on my chassis. If so what years should I be looking for. Is it easier to switch the cab or put my motor and tranny in a 3/4 ton gas job. I am tired of folding down the seat to let my kids in and I would like to keep this truck. I don't where to start please help

Agreed, I hate havin to do that to let my friends in the back. You think they would have just made it the right way the first time. youll have a holy grail if you do that. opening doors were put on the 24V and it was for the 12V for a very short time .. rare is awesomem.
