I need to replace my tie rod ends and drag link. My truck only has 108,000 miles. Is there an upgrade I can do. I also have a '91 cummins ride that has over 400,000 miles with all original front suspension. I just greased it regularly and drove it like I had a brain in my head. It has lasted well. I now have a 2007 and have already replaced the ball joints, and now have the tie rod ,and drag link problem. Is there aftermarket parts for this that are superiorto the mopar parts.
I like to over kill everything I do, and do it once. Not over and over.
Any info appreciated

 

You like overkill? Carli has ball joints, I think it's about $1500 for the set. My factory stuff hasn't given me any problems yet so I haven't really looked into it.

 

thanks horatio102 , i will remember that when I have to address the ball joints again. But I need beefed up tie rods and drag links soon.... really soon. any help?
