Ok last step. I got everything but the delete pipe. Should i go with or without the bungs. The bungs give me a place to reinstall my sensors correct? To me this sounds better than tapeing them up. What is the scoop?

 

If I remember correctly, there will still be at least one open connector if you use the delete pipe with the bung. There may be other delete pipes out there, now, but when I did my '08 a couple of years ago, there was only a bung for one of the oxygen sensors.

Another option is to go with these dummy connectors, to plug any open connector and then go with the delete pipe without bungs. Here's the link to the dummy plugs. That site also sells the delete pipe, as well.
